The Nouveau Musée National de Monaco taking you on an artistic exploration monaco fr

Any visitor to Monaco interested in modern art will not be disappointed by a visit to Monaco’s stunning modern art museum.

The Nouveau Musée National de Monaco (NMNM) is housed in two spectacular locations, Villa Paloma with views over the entire Principality and Villa Sauber located by the waterfront.  Both stunning locations are a delight to visit and the exhibitions offer a window into the heart of Monaco’s artistic life.

The NMNM holds two exhibitions a year at each villa. The programmes and exhibitions at the two locations are based on two themes that are intimately linked with cultural, historical and artistic heritage of the Principality. These themes are “Art and Performance” at the Villa Sauber and “Art and Territory” at the Villa Paloma.

In 2015 the NMNM presents the exhibition “Construire une Collection” (Building a Collection) . The exhibition offers visitors a unique opportunity to review progress made since the project for the Museum was first conceived in 2003, a review of the entire collection and the collection process.

The exhibition will run until 7 June 2015 at Villa Paloma and from 21 March to 27 September 2015 at Villa Sauber.
