Join the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on March 4 for an exclusive one night only French Provincial dinner with Executive Chef Boris Cuzon and special guest Daniele Mazet Delpeuch. 

The former cook at the Elysee Palace under Francois Mitterrand, Daniele inspired the movie ‘Haute Cuisine’ premiering at the 2013 Alliance Francaise Film Festival this March.  

Look forward to Foie gras terrine paired with apple ginger chutney and cocoa nibs tuile for entree, a signature main of Cabbage stuffed with Tasmanian salmon and a French classic, Saint-Honore for dessert.
