Dinner in the Sky Monte-Carlo®

"Magical place, exceptional location, dining experience ... one-of-a-kind!"

Dinner in the Sky Monte-Carlo is an event organized by the company «JustUnlimited». Taking place from 7 to 16 July 2017. Over this period, a daily lunch and two dinners will be offered at 50 metres above sea level, in the sky. A total of 600 guests will have the opportunity to taste a meal prepared by one of the great chefs up in the air.

A nacelle, which can carry a maximum of 22 people, will be hoisted up into the sky near the terrace of Monte-Carlo Casino.

Cuisine will be prepared by renowned chefs: Marcel Ravin (Chef of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel, one Michelin star), Benjamin Collombat (Château de Berne Hotel, one Michelin star), Arnaud Faye (La Chèvre d'or in Eze), Arnaud Tabarec (Chef of the Sea Sens at Five Seas Hotel in Cannes, one Michelin star), David Hemmerlé (Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow), Jérôme De Oliveira (World Pastry Champion), Jérôme Rigaud (Chef at the Yacht Club of Monaco), Paolo Sari (Chef du Monte-Carlo Beach) Philippe Joannès (Chef of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo – Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and Yannick Franques (Chef of the Reserve in Beaulieu).

The preparation of the dishes will be done in front of the guests. The chefs will cook in a special space installed in the centre of the platform. Guests will be provided with a transfer service from their accommodation to the restaurant in the sky. A VIP-welcome will be offered to the guests on the terrace of the Casino.

The location selected in Monaco will provide a 360 ° view of the Principality, guests will be able to admire famous sights such as the Prince’s Palace, the legendary Casino, the port, the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea and the endless horizon. 


The first premium orange liqueur from Monte-Carlo

Hundreds of years ago the main stay of the economy in Monaco was the fruit trees and olive groves, now, for the first time in 150 years, L’Orangerie has commenced production of a bespoke orange liqueur.   Handpicked fruit, carefully selected, washed are peeled in their kitchen, and infused to with a safeguarded secret recipe to create a rare and inviting speciality.

Entirely handmade and in limited quantities, L’Orangerie should be enjoyed chilled on its own, or in a cocktail.
