As part of its policy to make tourism accessible to everyone (disabled visitors, couples with children in pushchairs, people with heavy luggage on wheels, etc.), the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau (OTCP) makes your trip to Paris easier and provides you with information on accessible places and activities in Paris.

Getting to and around Paris when you have a disability
The OTCP website PARISINFO.com provides all the practical and necessary information for simplifying the organization of getting to and around Paris for you.
It gives you information on the different modes of adapted transport for getting to Paris (by plane, train, or road) and getting around Paris (public transport, taxis, transport companies, rental of adapted vehicles, reserved parking places).
The tourism offer for people with a disability in Paris
PARISINFO.com lists establishments and activities in and around Paris that are accessible to disabled visitors. You will find:
- where to stay (hotels, aparthotels, B&Bs, campsites);
- where to eat or have a drink (restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs);
- what to see (museums and monuments);
- what to do (cinemas, theatres, cabarets, theme parks, zoos, swimming pools, shopping places, parks, guided tours on the Seine and in Paris).
In addition to accommodation and places with the Tourisme & Handicap label, the OTCP also lists other accessible tourist amenities for disabled people, which have not adhered to the voluntary Tourisme & Handicap initiative.
Due to the large number of places listed, the Bureau informs you that some of the information provided by these venues has not yet been checked independently. Customers are therefore advised to contact the venue beforehand in order to ensure that the amenities are adapted to their specific disability.
