This route crosses 16 communes over 261 kilometres, in 7 stages, i.e. an average of 40 kms/day. It includes a passage over the Bonette, the highest road pass in Europe, and an arrival on the Promenade des Anglais!
Discover Nice Côte d'Azur in different ways, each one more original than the others. Push open the door of a riding school and become a real horseman during a horse ride. Or take a zip line down the mountains at 120km/h. And for even more thrills, how about a paragliding experience? Take off like a bird and fly over this magnificent territory. Nice walks in the city
The city of Nice also has its bubbles of nature. Climb to the top of the hill of the Château de Nice to discover an immense park of suspended greenery and the most famous view of the Côte d'Azur: the Baie des Anges. Escape also to several other natural areas nearby: the Mont Boron, the Parc départemental Honoré d'Estienne d'Orves, the Mont Alban or the garden of the Arènes de Cimiez where families enjoy to gather for a picnic in the countryside.
The Promenade du Paillon is also an essential place for a walk, right in the centre of Nice. A real green lung, this 12-hectare urban park, also known as the "green corridor", links the MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) and the Promenade des Anglais. On the way, enjoy the lush vegetation, a vast water mirror and children's play areas.

Take a step up and hike on Lou Camin Nissart. Put on your walking shoes and make a walking loop on this signposted long-distance trail which circles the town over 42 kilometres. Access the most beautiful viewpoints with 1000 metres of altitude. An unexpected spectacle that opens up beautiful perspectives on the city of Nice and the Mediterranean. Don't worry about the distance... You can walk it in sections.
