Le Cordon Bleu Paris Atelier
Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu institute’s mission, for the past 125 years, has been to teach the techniques and expertise inherited from the great names of French cuisine, pastry, and boulangerie.
In an exceptional setting, overlooking the Seine and just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower, workshops are taught in French and consecutively translated into English.

Fans of all things savoury will find what they are looking for from a vast array of themes. Make a whole menu with French regional specialties (Burgundy, Provence, Brittany) with The Art of French Cuisine workshop, learn the techniques for making traditional and contemporary sauces.
Boulangerie workshops see Chefs sharing their expertise and deft touch, as they teach participants to make unrivalled French baguettes or freshly baked pastries.

125 years of excellence
Le Cordon Bleu, the leading global network of culinary arts and hospitality management Institutes, which trains 20 000 students of more than 130 nationalities every year, marks its 125th anniversary in 2020.
Le Cordon Bleu has just launched its first ever international competition: Future Talents. The competition will be held on a local level in 16 Le Cordon Bleu institutes around the globe. From 22 June, the Paris and London institutes will also provide the opportunity to embark on a discovery of world cuisines.
