Information on how to enter and ‘prizes’ form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

  1. The Promoter is: FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD (ABN 57 145 096 126) of 25 Bligh Street-level 5, Sydney, NSW 2000. The abovementioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

  2. PRIZES DESCRIPTION AND VALUE
    There will five (5) winners and (5) prizes awarded.

  • The prizes details are: 5 x L’ Occitane Voucher (Valid until November 2022)

  • The total prizes value is $250 RRP ($50 each)

Prizes value is recommended retail price and is subject to change. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. These prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with any other promotion. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be upgraded. The prizes winners cannot change, vary or substitute the prizes.

  1. To enter and to be eligible to win the prizes, Entrants must comply with the following conditions during the Contest Period: The competition commences on 20 January 2021 at 09.00 am Sydney time (AEST) until 30 March 2021 at 11:59pm Sydney time (AEST). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

  2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

  3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. You must be 18 or older to participate into this competition.

  4. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, incomprehensible or false entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, will be awarded to the registered user, if eligible. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

  5. To enter and to be eligible to win the prizes, Entrants must, during the Competition Period. Visit https://au.france.fr/en and follow the links to register the answers and details including, without limitation, name and valid e-mail address. Failure to provide the requested information will render the entry invalid. By entering this contest, the entrants may, at their sole discretion, choose to subscribe to the Promoter’s e-newsletters. In the case the entrant does want to receive information newsletters, they must click the “Enews” box in the entry form and follow the prompts to register.

  6. If an Entrant's contact details change during the Contest Period, the Entrant must promptly notify the Promoter of the relevant change. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be in writing and directed to Promoter.

  7. Entrants may only enter once.

  8. DRAW
    The winners will be drawn at random on Thursday, April 1st, at 2:00pm Sydney time (AEST) at the Promoter’s premises. The first 5 valid entries drawn will win the prizes detailed in point 2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners’ names will be announced at the French Tourist Bureau offices, 25 Bligh Street, Level 5, Sydney, NSW, 2000. Phone: 02 9210 5400.

  9. The Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and the Winners will have 3 months to respond with their details, including a valid postal address, to claim the prizes. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prizes within 3 months of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prizes from the winners and pick a replacement winners. The prizes will be delivered via Australia Post to an Australian address only. Should the prizes remain unclaimed, another prizes draw will take place on Thursday 1 July, 2021 at 2:00pm Sydney time (AEST) at the Promoter’s premises. The unclaimed prizes winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the unclaimed prizes draw. The unclaimed prizes winners’s names will be announced at the French Tourist Bureau offices, 25 Bligh Street, Level 5, Sydney, NSW, 2000. Phone: 02 9210 5400 and published on au.france.fr on the 3rd of July 2021.

  10. The draw result will be published at https://au.france.fr/en and/or http://www.facebook.com/AU.France.fr (External link) within two business days after the draw date/s for 28 days. The prizes must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for prizes of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prizes that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prizes and prizes supplier's requirements. The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

  11. Each winner must consent to the use of their name (including posting first name and last name and/or photo for promotional purposes and media editorial requests regarding this contest, without compensation. Their name will be posted on https://au.france.fr/en and/or http://www.facebook.com/AU.France.fr (External link) and/or https://twitter.com/AUNZ_FranceFR (External link) , after the prizes are awarded. This information may not be published elsewhere without the written permission of the Winner.

  12. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter the competition.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions subject to written directions from the relevant regulatory authorities, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

  14. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prizes details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other Social Network or any other partners.
